Terms and Conditions

Exchange Policy: 

1. Without prejudice to the terms of the warranty agreement and regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange a 3D printer provided by the store within seven days following the receipt date of the product. After seven days, the consumer is not entitled to exchange the 3D printer.

2. It is a condition for exchanging the 3D printer that it is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or derived any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the 3D printer before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if they wish to exchange the 3D printer. In international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivers the 3D printer to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the 3D printer in the following cases: 

1. If the 3D printer was manufactured according to the consumer’s request or specifications, except for products with defects or those that have violated the specifications defined by the consumer.

Return Policy: 

1. Without prejudice to the terms of the warranty agreement and regulations, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return a 3D printer provided by the store within seven days following the receipt date of the product. After seven days, the consumer is not entitled to return the 3D printer.

2. It is a condition for returning the 3D printer that it is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or derived any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the 3D printer before accepting the return to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivers the 3D printer to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to return the 3D printer in the following cases: 

1. If the 3D printer was manufactured according to the consumer’s request or specifications, except for products with defects or those that have violated the specifications defined by the consumer.

Note: Other products such as spare parts/accessories and resin/filament cannot be returned but only exchanged within seven days if unopened.
